The clans meet

バルカン・ブートキャンプ
Design it. Pitch it. Earn Hatamoto.
The idea
Balkan Bootcamp is an invitation-only regional enablement programme. Every year it brings together the best people from technology partners across eleven countries: integrators, distributors with dozens of resellers, and the people who talk to end customers every day.
There is no public registration. Every participant is selected one by one by our team. In mixed clans of technical people, sales people and managers, they spend four days on one client brief, design a complete solution and pitch it to a jury.
A smaller room is not a smaller audience. It is the people who influence what customers across the region buy.
Bulgaria · Romania · Serbia · Croatia · Slovenia · Bosnia and Herzegovina · Montenegro · North Macedonia · Albania · Kosovo · MoldovaHow it works
Check-in, the opening dinner, and the client brief presented to every clan.
Technical sessions with partners, the Japanese activity, and a day and night of work on the brief.
Each clan pitches its solution to the Shogun. In the evening, the winners become Hatamoto.
Wrap-up, contacts and meetings with partners, then back to eleven markets.
The hierarchy
The programme borrows its structure from Japanese martial arts and craft. Every rank has a role in the four days.
First-timers at a Bootcamp. They earn the Samurai grade if they pass the jury’s bar.
The participants: the best of their countries, invited by name.
The trainers who prepare the clans and mentor them in the dojo.
The jury that scores architecture, business value and the pitch.
The regional winners, named on the last evening in front of the whole room.

An example client: a Japanese automotive supplier with plants in Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia, a new production line on the way, a small IT team and a headquarters in Japan that audits every site.
Servers, storage and virtualisation for every plant and the main site, ready for the new line.
Every plant on two paths, so a cut cable stops nothing. The factory floor separated from the office.
Protection and recovery across all sites, ready for the headquarters audit.
Each clan delivers an architecture, a bill of materials and a five-year cost, then pitches it to the jury.
This is only an example. The client could be your company: your plants, a brief you approve, no internal data needed.

Your technology goes into the challenge, or your brand goes into the experience. Not a booth: four days with the people who design and sell the region’s infrastructure.
The master craftsman. For technology vendors.
The bond. For brands that want a memorable moment.
Every package is shaped together with the partner. The challenge brief is written together with the partners by 1 February 2027. Ask us for the partnership deck and the package details.
For partners
About 50 people from 11 countries, invited by name: presales and solution engineers from integrators, distributors with dozens of resellers behind them, and people who talk to end customers every day. They are the ones who design and recommend the region’s infrastructure.
Takumi 匠 puts your technology into the challenge: the clans design with it, and the jury sees it in their solutions. Kizuna 絆 puts your brand into the experience: a moment the participants live together and remember. Technology vendors usually choose Takumi; any brand can choose Kizuna.
Yes. One Takumi package and one Kizuna package can be taken together, at a combined rate. Ask us for the details.
With Kin, yes: the challenge is co-created with you and your technology is part of every clan’s design. With Gin, it is one of the options the clans can choose. With Dō, you present it and show it in the demo area.
With every package, your Head of IT or someone from your IT team joins the Bootcamp as our guest, with no participation fee. They meet technology specialists, the vendors on site and integrators from eleven markets.
Yes. Each edition has one client, and the clans design a complete solution for it. It can be your company: your plants or offices, a brief you approve, and no internal data needed.
Ideally by the end of December 2026. The challenge brief is written together with the partners by 1 February 2027, so the earlier we start, the more of your input goes into it.
In Bulgaria, in March 2027, over four days. Partners receive the venue and the full agenda first.
